January 11, 2012 - Arkansas Waterfalls

January 11, 2012 - Waterfalls. I explored the upper reaches of Rock Creek (Franklin County) and found a nice string of waterfalls (7+) with a few of those being nice. None were tall. The first waterfall is located at the very top of the drainage right below the road. Right behind me is a avalanche of trash from people dumping.


On the way home I checked out a waterfall I found last summer and found it running pretty good. Its in the upper reaches of East Fork Barron Creek. There was a pretty good spring coming right out of the cliff nearby.
