October 19, 2010 Mulberry River Valley

I explored a area between two waterfalls I found a few weeks ago. I found some wonderfull views of the Mulberry River Valley as well as a new 20ft tall waterfall. It has a neat bluff feature just above it so Im calling the waterfall Orphan Bluff Falls. I also found a area where a large portion of a bluff has pulled away from the mountain. Behind the bluff there is a 10-15ft deep depression from where it has pulled apart. It must have been a fairly recent occurence because there are no big trees in the depression. No doubt this is setting up for a large landslide/rockslide sometime in the future.
